Worldwide acceptance of GAWRONSKI telescopic conveyor belts has also continued in 2016. In the meantime, except in Europe, our conveyor belts have also been used in North and South America, Africa and the Middle East as well as in Asia. The robustness and the modular design of the telescopic conveyor belt have convinced customers around the world.

What is new in the product line is tugger train carriages which by means of their double steered axles follow the conveyor vehicles as if they were on tracks. Even the last carriage in the chain follows the identical trail of the first vehicle. Ideal for application within warehouse facilities. The tugger train carriages are designed in terms of dimensions for taking up the GAWRONSKI E3 pallet, but they can also be adjusted to other pallet frames on request of the customer.

Since 2006 GAWRONSKI has been developing systems for automatic tyres palletising by means of a robot. Since 2013 the ready-to-use prototype of an automated tyres palletising system has been showcased to selected customers in our Innovation Center in Philippsburg.

Now it has come about:GAWRONSKI has been commissioned to supply a fully-automated tyres palletising system for one of the top 5 renowned tyre manufacturers. With its dimensions of more than 110m length and 8 portal robots as well as an automatic delivery and removal facility of pallets, this product belongs to the worldwide biggest systems for the application of tyres palletising.
